International wine competition, established and managed in 2004 by Britain’s Decanter wine magazine, Judged by the top wine experts from around the globe. This year wine experts blind tasted close to 17,000 wines.
The medals are broken down into the gold, silver and bronze categories. Bolero & Company traditionally participated this year’s DWWA. Our Wines 2017 Kisi Qvevri has been awarded with a Silver Medal and 2017 Saperavi Qvevri - Bronze award. Also wines which are 'commended' by the show's judges: Aladasturi Qvevri 2017 (Red Dry) and Rkatsiteli Qvevri 2017 (Dry White). These are entries that have not won a medal, but are nonetheless considered worthy of mention, and can be identified on retailers' shelves by a light-blue sticker.
